Refunds will be issued based on the following conditions:
1-The refund request must be made within 48 hours of accessing the service.
2-The service must not have been used excessively during the 48-hour period. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes excessive use.
3-The refund request must be made in writing (email) and sent to our customer support team.
4-The reason for the refund request must be provided.
5-The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
6-Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
